These are photos shot with film where the entire width of the film is exposed, including the sprocket holes. They are shot either with a plastic camera designed for this purpose (the Sprocket Rocket), or with a Holga that has been adapted for use with 35 mm film by the addition of cut-up kitchen sponges. I prefer to use slide film (which produces white sprocket holes) but also shoot negative film when suitable slide film is not available (black sprocket holes).
The Sprocket Rocket produces reasonably-consistent panoramic photos, but the Holga inherently creates unpredictable chaos in the photos with light leaks and double exposures.
All of the images shown here are direct scans of the film.
